Subcon Laser works with titanium for our laser cutting and secondary fabrication operations. This premium material offers outstanding properties, and is suitable for performance in demanding applications.

When handling projects of this nature, Subcon Laser offers peace of mind in the quality of our processes; excellent customer service and care are paired with an established and fully developed in-house production service, attaining ISO9001: 2015 accreditation.

As a part of this, we’re able to cut titanium up to 8.00mm thick, while maintaining tight tolerances and a quality cut finish.

Working With Titanium

Subcon Laser has invested greatly into our laser cutting, fabrication, and inspection equipment over our years of operation. We utilise Trumpf fibre laser cutting machinery, supported by various auxiliary features to aid a quality and high-efficiency cutting process, with minimal material waste. Our high-powered fibre lasers result in the seamless cutting of titanium.

CAD capabilities further increase the quality and efficiency of our processes and products. We offer 2D and 3D component inspections on cut parts, facilitated by a FARO Arm to ensure product dimensions adhere to original CAD files.

Our state-of-the-art equipment and diligence when fabricating precision titanium products ensures all types of project requirements can be met.
