This service is enabled by 5-axis, high spec machinery – a result of Subcon Laser’s continued investments to ensure we can meet our customers’ needs. The capabilities of our 3D laser cutting machinery allows us to take on all types of project complexities, further incorporating multiple operations into one process for streamlined production flow. 

Additionally, we’re able to handle a variety of materials suitable for laser cutting. This includes composite materials as well as a range of metals, such as steel, aluminium, and much more. Our material dimensions for 3D cutting are 4000mm x 2000mm x 400mm.

We work with OEMs and manufacturing businesses as a subcontract partner for laser cutting processes at all stages of production. Subcon Laser’s flexible service means our team can work with you from design stages through to the complete manufacture of a part, including secondary services and finishing options. Throughout this, we take advantage of our 3D laser scanner for quality control inspection, ensuring parts despatched are to specification and customer expectation.
