We use 2D and 3D laser scanners to reverse engineer templates. This means that you can send a mock-up of the part you would like to laser cut and we will create a CAD file from that. So, even if you don’t have access to CAD yourself, you will still get all the benefits.

Using CAD is the best way to ensure that your product is exactly as specified. Not only does the CAD file inform the laser how to move for an optimised route, it can also be used in  conjunction with the 2D and 3D laser scanners for quality control purposes.

CAD is also used to nest parts on the sheet in order to maximise the number of parts cut. This optimises your material use, making it cheaper to produce parts in bulk.
