Laser Cutting Zintec

Zintec is fabricated from cold rolled mild steel sheets that have been coated with a layer of zinc. The zinc coating achieved is much thinner than alternative galvanised options, with a common use for Zintec being pressed products.

One of the greatest benefits of Zintec is its excellent machinability, making it suitable for Subcon Laser’s laser cutting and secondary operations. Our comprehensive service and range of in-house machinery and technology makes certain your parts are produced to exacting specification, no matter the specification requirements.

Zintec Grades

Zintec sheet is stocked as DC01 base as standard, which appears as a matte finish with a distinctive blue-grey hue.

However, if you have specific material requirements beyond this, Subcon Laser seeks to fulfil your requests.
